Strategic Advisor to CEO’s
For 25 years, Carolyne Hyde has created strategic opportunities for CEOs of public and private companies to connect and communicate with stakeholders.
As the founder and CEO of Denver-based public relations firm, Carolyne Hyde & Associates, she has served as a strategic advisor during leadership transition, community engagement, strategic communications, business development, brand and reputation management, and legacy creation. Representative clients: JP Morgan Private Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Liberty Interactive, Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink), and the Governor’s Office of Innovation & Technology.
Carolyne’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for leadership led her to create a prestigious business and civic organization called Quarterly Forum. The private membership organization served more than 100 emerging CEOs during its tenure and was a catalyst for connecting and informing Denver business leaders. After leading Quarterly Forum for almost 15 years, she completed a succession plan and business sale, transitioning to chairman.
A recent NACD Governance Fellow, Carolyne’s background includes corporate governance and sustainability education at Harvard Business School and Kellogg Northwestern, 10 years of non-profit board service, experience with CEO search and succession, nominating and governance, and an interest in ESG. She has two years of international experience, completing an MBA and MA from EU Business School in Montreux, Switzerland.
Carolyne is a longtime member of The Aspen Institute, a non-partisan forum for values-based leadership and the exchange of ideas. She is an east coast native and lives in Denver, Colorado.
